Hi there! Thank you so much for considering to support me! I'm Basil/Pidge (he/they) and I'm a neurodivergent, disabled artist looking to bring to life your ideas in his spare time! My former user was Mebibyte or MebibyteWorkshop, so some artworks may have the watermark with that name!I love character and prop design and drawing character interactions! I'm not too experienced with linework but I'm hoping to get better!

Terms of Service

I WILL draw:

  • Furry and Anthro

  • Humans and Humanoid

  • Robots and Mechs

  • Fantasy creatures and quadrupeds like dragons

  • Pride and Disability related themes

  • Mild gore

  • Self Inserts or Self Shipping

I will NOT draw:

  • Any 18+ content, NSFW, fetish themes and genitalia

  • Offensive material, slurs, hateful themes, anti-LGBTQ+, racism, etc.

  • Hazbin Hotel, James Cameron's Avatar, DSMP, Harry Potter, and South Park

  • Real people; actors playing a character is okay.

  • Unrealistic / fetish obesity

  • Anything unsanitary, such as vomit

I. General

  • By commissioning me or buying a prop or character design from me, you agree to my terms of service. Any willful violators will be placed on a blacklist.

  • I have the right to refuse any commission for any reason and cancel a commission or design transaction.

  • You must be 18 or older to contract me for work. I do not work with minors.

  • I retain all artist rights over my work. Artwork for commissions may be used in portfolios or social media.

  • Tracing, editing, removing my watermark and signature, or claiming my work as your own is prohibited.

  • Any artwork or media created by me may NOT be used in AI generation, NFTs/blockchains, and cryptocurrency.

II. Payment

Currently, I only take payment through Paypal invoices. If payment
is not received a week after invoicing, the commission will be canceled unless a former arrangement or payment plan has been made. Payments must be paid in full before I begin work.Reference sheets are required to commission me. Descriptions and random images are not allowed unless the client agrees to pay an additional fee for a character design. Designing a character while trying to compose a piece is difficult and often frustrating, and as a result, I will require compensation.If you can no longer go through with a commission or purchase, please notify me immediately. If no work has been done and you've already sent me the money, I will provide a refund. If a WIP has been sent, I will issue a partial refund. If I believe you might be scamming me, I will block and blacklist you.

III. Commission Process

Turnarounds for commissions can vary from a few days to a month depending on complexity and your place in the queue. Additionally, I do not work on weekends and take frequent breaks due to my disability. You can track my progress and your place on my Trello.Frequent works in progress are sent to the client during the process. Edits and changes to the WIPs are welcome and encouraged and you may draw over any WIP to better show the changes you'd like. Only minor changes are available during the rendering stage. However, any major changes during or after the render process will require an additional fee.The commissioner may request a new sketch from scratch if the first one doesn't align with their vision, however any additional sketches beyond the first two will require an additional fee.Commissioners will receive both watermarked and unwatermarked versions of the artwork.

IV. Art Permissions

Personal Use

Commissioners may use artwork in non-commercial environments, which include: avatars, banners, posting on places such as Toyhouse, or physical items such as stickers or prints, so long as they are not distributed. Credit is appreciated.

Commercial Use

Commercial use of client work must be discussed with me and does not come with the purchase of a commission or design.Full rights/ownership are not included with commercial use and I retain the right to use my work within portfolios and on social media.

V. Design Permissions

The owner may use the character as a personal OC, a mascot, for fursuits or plushies or physical merch, or within projects such as comics.The character may be sold, traded, or gifted but may NOT be sold for more than purchased unless you have personally created or commissioned art of the character.You may not use my art of the character commercially. You may instead use your own art or art you've commissioned from another artist with commercial rights.Purchased designs may be changed in any way after transaction. Editing or tracing the original design is permitted only for your own personal reference or to provide another artist with a reference.Creating an open, semi-open, or closed species from my designs or adopts is prohibited.Credit is required and must be easily accessible.

VI. Refund Policy

If a cancellation or refund is requested, I will provide one with a fee deduction depending on the stage your commission was at. Tips will not be refunded and completed commissions will not be refunded.Not Started: No fee.
Sketch: 75% refund
Lineart and/or Color: 50% refund
Render: 10% refundAll WIPs are watermarked.An upcharge of 30% will be conducted for:
Major edits when I am most of the way through a commission.
Total resketches beyond the first free one.
Request to work on a deadline (deadlines must be brought to my attention at the time of ordering and cannot be added halfway through a commission).
No reference sheet is available for your character and it is not a design commission.

Sketches: $10+

  • A black and white sketch, varying between headshot, bust, or fullbody.

  • Additional characters are $5+.

  • Scene backgrounds are $5+.

  • Flat color or simple backgrounds are free.

  • Includes watermarked and unwatermarked files.

Colored Sketches: $20+

  • A flat or simple shaded colored sketch, varying between headshot, bust, or fullbody.

  • Additional characters are $10+.

  • Flat color or simple backgrounds are free.

  • Includes watermarked and unwatermarked files.

Sketch Scenes: $40+

  • A sketchy, rendered scene with a detailed background.

  • Additional characters are $15+.

  • May be bust, headshot, or fullbody.

  • Price will vary depending on complexity.

  • Includes watermarked and unwatermarked files.

Custom Design: $60+

  • Base price includes: One to two sketchy fullbodies at 3/4th view clothed and unclothed (NO NSFW), design info, name and pronouns, and a flat color palette.

  • Lined and Rendered: $30

  • Additional Fullbody: $30 for an additional full body, such as a different palette or outfit. A different pose or alternate form may cost extra.

  • Back View: $20 for a back view of the character to show things such as wings, tails, etc.

  • Headshot: $10 for a headshot with a different expression, to show accessories or details, various hairstyles, etc.

  • Items: $5 per item.

  • Includes watermarked and unwatermarked files.
